Core: Digital production systems, PLC/motion, vision & edge AI, OT data pipelines,
safety/risk, digital twin; 16–20 week practicum on SMC line + AI stack.
Outcomes: Design and run connected lines; enable OT/IT convergence with MES/ERP bridges; lead OEE and lean improvement initiatives.
Where: KINETIC – EV Powertrain & Diagnostics (Lucas-Nülle)
Core: HV safety, battery/BMS, inverters, charging infrastructure, and diagnostics.
Includes a 12–16 week lab immersion with dealership/fleet partners.
Outcomes: Lead EV service and diagnostic teams aligned with global safety and compliance standards.
Where: KINETIC – Semiconductor Cleanroom (Semicon Fab Tech)
Core: Cleanroom protocols & EHS; process intro (Litho/Thin Film/Etch) or ATMP
(Dicing/Bonding/Encapsulation); metrology; quality systems; 16–20 week practicum including IQ/OQ documentation exposure.
Outcomes: Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment safely; build ATMP and micro-fabrication workforce expertise.
CELL•45 MicroLabs — 30–45 minute, hands-on micro-modules on SMC AIT-400,
stacked into job-role “playlists” and digital badges (Ops Supervisor, Reliability Engineer, MES Analyst, etc.).
