    We started with consulting to create a continuous experiential learning ecosystem between industries and academics.

  • 2017 - 2018

    We incorporated Mentric Training & Consulting and began training the workforce and job seekers. Collaborated with leading education institutes to create an industry-driven curriculum ..

  • 2019 - 2020

    partnered with leading industries to train their internal workforce and manage their Center of Excellence (CoE). Implemented a technology platform for online and hybrid knowledge transfer programs. Created online content.

  • 2021 - 2022

    Established World Skills India Academy in partnership with Schneider Electric India. Scaled up knowledge transformation by bringing all stakeholders onto an experiential learning platform. Partnered with SMC Corporation Japan.

  • 2023 - 2024

    Collaborated with the University of Pennsylvania and Ramaiah Group for CSR initiatives. Launched ASCEND, a competency mapping tool for K12 teachers. Semiconductor training with EGM accomplished.
